1.Manufacturing schedule
There are many national steel mills in China,with high abundant funds,and big capacity,they can support of their sale area(about 200 kms sector distance) as well especially based on infrastructure.and each mill with their personal advantages based on steel products.and we will collect each mill’s advantages based shipbuilding steel materials match the requirement of international shipbuilding industry.
2.Delivery time
Delivery time would depend on the quantity of order and the relationships between the mill and supplier.so for normal quantity orders,we shall not push the mill deliver it in advance after we sign the contract with mill and fix the delivery date.because if the mill deliver our orders in advance,that means the mill will break our contract and they will also break other suppliers contract.this is the mill’s breach the contract.so we hope we could all both understand based on long term business cooperation.
3.Packing
The steel plates will be delivered to the warehouse after the manufacturing schedule,and we will arrange our QC inspection in the mill before delivering from the mill,the inspection process mainly about 100% surface inspection,quantity,width,length,stamp,marking and edges.and we will push the mill provide the MTC as soon as possible,and we will ask the mill arrange the deliver process.
4.Deliver Method
There are mainly deliver way based on railway shipment,trucks shipment, and waterways in the native shipment according to the mill’s main situations.
5.Inspection before Shipment
We will arrange BV or SGS make the inspection before shipment according to the requirement based on the clients.
6.Shipment Term
Steel plates mainly shipped based on bulk vessel shipment,but for small quantity,we will arrange FCL or LCL container shipment for our customers,or maybe sometimes will deliver by air shipment based sample orders or urgently order as required by client.kindly mention photos for your reference only.
7.Shipment Tracking Service
Our documentary colleague will make document list for your PO and mention the shipment schedule and mention the tracking details every day based on short sailing line or every week based on long sailing line.and we will issue marine insurance for each order whether our client required or not,it can make sure the cargo safe for both client and us.
