There is small quantity purchases based this type of section steels for shipbuilding project,but for Infrastructure Construction there would be big demand,this kind of shipbuilding section steels with high quality requirements and small quantity purchases,so there would be a supplying difficulty during you planning to purchase section steels for shipbuilding project,hope you could understand please.
And there are only 3 to 4 manufacturers with producing manufacture line for section steels for shipbuilding in China.if the quantity is not enough for their MOQ,they will not start for the manufacture schedule,and for this reason,we hope you could be carefully when you think you find the correct supplier who could provide small quantity section steel in small quantity please.
So our advise is:
- To find the supplier from other countries.
- To use steel bulb flat bar alternative.
- Or you could accept Chinese standard GB Q235B or Q355.
Because in China,the steel grade Q235 Q355 would be high application,high demand with high quality in the market,if this lot of section steels can not sold in time,other client will purchase it in the short time.but if they manufacture shipbuilding section steel a lot,there are few demand in China native market,and this lot of section steels will stay in the warehouse for long time.and the manufacturer will afford all the cost including current funds cost and warehouse stocking cost and timing cost.
About packing:
- Each specification within one bundles and each bundle less than 3 ton.
- Each size of section steels with conspicuous marking with classification society,steel grade,size,length.
- Other special requirements from clients.
Why we arrange the packing less than 3 ton per packing ?
About Marking:
- Will customized the marking template according to customer’s requirement.
- Will provide our marking template to client if there is no such requirement to approval.
- Marking all details on each piece of section steel with Classification society,steel grade,size and length.
About Mill Test Certificate:
All steel materials for shipbuilding shall provide MTC with stamp and signature from Classification society,this is most important certificate for shipbuilding industry.and the mill will provide each lot of samples to the lab and make test,then the lad will deliver all report to the mill in time,but you know all documents delivery shall according to express,it need time,so sometimes,the MTC will a little late.but we are abey the rule of shipbuilding industry.and we will always mention the time of the MTC for you.
