About Mill Test Certificate of Shipbuilding Section Steel:
All steel materials for shipbuilding shall provide MTC with stamp and signature from Classification society,this is most important certificate for shipbuilding industry.and the mill will provide each lot of samples to the lab and make test,then the lad will deliver all report to the mill in time,but you know all documents delivery shall according to express,it need time,so sometimes,the MTC will a little late.but we all abey the rule of shipbuilding industry.and we will always mention the time of the MTC for you.
